Kanyashree Program Choreographed by DMT Practitioners

Kolkata Sanved’s senior practitioners Tilottama Chowdhury and Durga Madhar choreographed a performance by the adoloscent girls of Sukanya Shelter Home which was staged at the Kanyashree program held at the Netaji Indoor Stadium on 14th August 2018. Kanyashree Prakalpa is an initiative of the West Bengal government to improve the lives and status of adolescent girls. The scheme provides financial help to girls from disadvantaged families to pursue higher studies. It also aims to prevent child marriage.
