Kolkata Sanved is happy to participate in the World Dance Alliance – Ocean Dance Festival in Bangladesh in the month of November 2019. 3 of our Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner Ms. Durga Madhar , Ms. Jhuma Das and Ms. Sandhya Karmakar will be participating in the Choreo – Lab workshop from 7th November 2019 to 21st November 2019 and presenting the final performance on 22nd November 2019 along with 20 other participants from all over the world. The workshop will be conducted by renowned choreographer Sashir Zahir from Canada. While our Founder Director Dr. Sohini Chakraborty will be a part of the Lecture Demonstration on her PHD Thesis , “Sampoornata: An Emerging Model of Dance Movement Therapy and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation” at the scholar gathering between 22nd to 25th November 2019.
