Creative Well-Being Program

Day-long Dance Movement Therapy workshops for groups and individuals.
The Creative Well-Being programme consists of 2-3 hour-long DMT workshops for groups of individuals from different institutions including corporates, schools and colleges.

Through dance and movement, participants are able to release stress, avoid burnout, and enhance overall well-being. They are given an open space in which they can freely express their creativity without being assessed or judged.
