Dr. Bipasha Roy

Dr Bipasha Roy is a lawyer, social development professional and an advocate for child rights. She dedicated her life into child rights work with special focus on the implementation of the tenets of the Juvenile Justice System. Dr Roy has Intensive experience in child protection, prevention, rehabilitation and law. She is an active member of West Bengal Task Force (WBTF) for Rescue, Recovery, Repatriation and Integration of Women & Child Victims of Trafficking & Cross Border Movement from Bangladesh. Dr Roy has been a member of Kolkata Juvenile Justice Board for the past six years. Her working experience as consultant includes working with Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of W.B., West Bengal Commission For Protection of Child Rights, and UNICEF and imparting training concerning child rights to various stakeholders in the Juvenile Justice System. Has good networking and relation both GO and NGOs. Dr Bipasha Roy is honest, straight forward, sincere and committed by nature.
