For your emotional wellbeing in current situation you can follow the tips below.
- You can spare 10 minutes to practice managing your stress to keep ‘Anxiety’ and ‘ Worry’ at bay.
- Listening of soothing music, or any of your favourite songs. You can also move with these songs to destress yourself
- Breathing Exercises: It helps to reconnect with the whole self from inside. Breathing creates inner space. Deep breathing in and breathing out helps to release negative energy from the body and receive positive energy. Try to practice it 5-6 times.
- Staying in silence even for 10 minutes while walking inside, eating lunch (not with mobile phone) helps to receive message from inside and not from outside.
